Aztalan is an employee-owned manufacturing facility located in Lake Mills, Wisconsin. We offer unsurpassed machining capabilities for businesses across the United States. Aztalan provides CNC milling services for Texas with top-of-the-line machines operated by meticulous technicians. By achieving maximum vibration damping, we virtually eliminate friction, allowing for increasingly closer tolerances.
Aztalan houses 14 CNC machines, each with varying capabilities. Both horizontal and vertical turning capabilities allow precise machining of wide, heavy workpieces in addition to small, delicate parts.
Tsugami Swiss-Type lathes can continue production without manual interaction, allowing larger output and increased efficiency. Swiss-type lathes are becoming increasingly powerful, enabling advanced accuracy. Aztalan Swiss Turning is responsible for the development of medical devices including life-saving oncology instruments.

Cleaning finished components is the final step of our manufacturing process. Ultrasonic cleaning offers aggressive cleaning power without damaging small components or causing corrosion. Our ultrasonic cleaning procedure offers the most complete cleaning possible, even in seemingly unreachable areas.
We not only manufacture components, we assemble them into your finished products. All of your parts are cleaned in an ultrasonic bath prior to assembly. Aztalan will assemble any product, large or small.
Unlike other companies, Aztalan does not leave quality control up to a few individuals. Every employee is responsible for upholding and maintaining stringent quality control standards. Every part we manufacture is checked using CMM (coordinate-measuring machine). A non-contact CMM process is used to measure the smallest, most delicate components.
