Aztalan Engineering has both bench workstations and a carousel workstation. Jigs and fixtures are used to assist in the manufacture of complex assemblies. Our Induction Heating Systems include the 2 KW Hot Shot Z and the 20 KW Nova Star.  These are manufactured by Ameritherm, Inc., Scottsville, NY.  This equipment is used to braze stainless to stainless and to solder brass to brass.  Most assemblies require critical cosmetic finishes and tight alignment specifications.
